You would think that Donald Trump would be a strange topic involving flow, especially since what I am talking about came from his real estate infomercial.
But it's true, and very relevant.
In addition to all his boasting in the infomercial (I'm the greatest real estate mogul ever, etc.), he said one key thing that was very unusual. In a traditional infomercial the pitch never tries to exclude anyone, meaning no one says you shouldn't buy this product.
But Donald Trump DID say that. He told viewers that you MUST have a passion for whatever you are doing otherwise it won't work. You need to WANT to invest in real estate in order to make his program work. Trump went even so far as to say that if he invested in computers (high technology) he would fail as he was not passionate about that industry.
That is flow! And, yet again, it proves that in order to be truly successful in life you MUST follow your flow.

As you may have heard, the California Supreme Court just voted to allow gay marriage and even went so far as to state that "separate but equal" is not valid either - unions, straight or gay, must be called the same term.
The head of the court, Ronald George, said it was one of the toughest decisions of his life. And I had to laugh! Why would this be tough?
After all, all the arguments against gay marriage are flawed. Homosexuality is found in every animal species, so it being "unnatural" is invalid. Using the Bible as a guide is flawed as well, since America allows straight devil worshippers, atheists, and other "god haters" to get married and have all the legal rights of straight Christians. And the argument that the will of the people is being denied (voters in California rejected gay marriage in 2000) is equally invalid as the elimination of slavery, the establishment of civil rights, and similar laws were in direct opposition to the "will of the people" in many states.
So why was this decision tough for Mr. George? Flow blockages, of course. Friends, family, and society had told him all his life that homosexuality was a sin or plain wrong and that has stuck with him.
Of course, anti-gay activists will try to form their arguments to avoid the appearance of prejudice (the 'love the sinner not the sin' argument), just like anti-Obama opponents are trying to link Obama with terrorism (his middle name is Hussein) instead of saying what they really mean - they hate African Americans. But the reality is pretty obvious.
It is just constantly surprising to me to see how much money and energy is put towards flow blockages. Imagine how much could be accomplished if these same people tried to do something positive for the world.

Some flow blockages are truly funny when you find out about them. Like the latest news from the Vatican. It seems the Vatican's chief astronomer (a position humorous in itself given the church's endless belief in the sun revolving around the earth) has declared that aliens do exist and some may be without original sin!
This is funny on a number of levels:
• Tens of thousands of people were put to death at the church's behest for uttering the same phrases. The Vatican now says they "made mistakes" in the past.
• Traditionally the Catholic Church (and most Christian denominations) teach that God created earth and the universe for humans and no one else. The concept of aliens negates that, and dramatically alters 2000 years of programming by religious authorities (the movie Contact offers one scenario about what happens when you challenge people's programming)
• The fact the astronomer can say that the aliens may not have original sin means they are, in fact, superior to humans by definition
• The Church is holding a conference next year on the 200th anniversary of Charles Darwin's birth, something that again would be considered blasphemy only a few decades ago.
• The Pope has repeatedly stated the only way to get into heaven is become a Catholic and acknowledge the Pope to be God's representative. Now can aliens get into heaven if they've never heard of the Catholic Church?
Of course, none of this is real. Original sin does not exist, and this latest news just proves the axiom about societal flow blockages — they are both negative and highly dependent on the cultural norms of the day. Living your life based on how society tells you to live it is a no-win game.

Been a while since I posted but I promise to be more regular from now on. The New Living Expo took a lot of effort as I was completing the Life Success Kit and getting the booth ready. The show was very interesting and I met a lot of great people.
On to the topic of this post. Mildred Loving died on May 2nd. You probably don't know the name, but you know what she accomplished. She was an African-American woman who met and feel in love with a white man. They married in Washington. After marrying they returned to Virginia where they were from. They were promptly arrested for "cohabiting as man and wife, against the peace and dignity of the
Commonwealth". They only avoided jail, yes JAIL, by leaving the state.
But their experience caused them to take the issue up with the courts, and in 1967 the Supreme Court ruled such laws were illegal, a true landmark in American history .
So here we have yet another example of past flow blockages from a societal standpoint. Society, in this case the state of Virginia, was legally stating that it was a sin and immoral for interracial couples to exist, much less marry.
And, as with all past flow blockages, today things are radically different. Just turn on any reality show involving dating and you will see numerous interracial couples and no on blinks an eye.
Just more proof that when you encounter societal flow blockages today (gay marriage is a great example) that such blockages will seem quaint, if not silly, in years to come.
